Lagoona House

Originally a one-storey, three-bedroom house, this project was a complete strip out. Most of the property’s block work walls were renovated to extend the house and door heights were lifted to 2.4m to increase the feeling of space.

Downstairs the kitchen, bathrooms and robes were extended and upstairs two large bedrooms, bathrooms and an additional lounge area was created.

The outcome is a luxury two-storey, five-bedroom house that has a great holiday feel in a beautifully calm setting.
